Layout 3
Unlike the rest of this website, this page uses the format of Layout 3. The main feature of Layout 3 is the panel for links to your other pages on the right side of the page. If you are looking to have a design that can handle many additional pages (either now or in the future), this would also be a good layout to choose, as the column format allows much more room to add as many pages as you wish.
In the following examples of different Layout 3 websites, notice what a difference choices in color, font, background, images, buttons, etc. make. All these things will make the website uniquely yours.

Use Images to Make Your Pages More Interesting
Photographs, images and graphics not only make your pages more interesting visually, but also help give potential students a better idea about you and the Alexander Technique. If you do not have your own photographs or logo, there are many sites on the web where you can find good images. I have found www.freedigitalphotos.net to be a good resource for royalty-free photos and images.

Add Links to Your Site
Having links to and from your website is one of the most important things you can do to increase the visibility of your site on the web. I can add links to your site wherever you want - within the text and/or on a dedicated links page. I also recommend you have as many other sites as possible link to you, starting with any professional organizations you belong to. All the Alexander Technique websites created by me will be listed (with link of course) in the "Find a Teacher" pages of The Complete Guide to the Alexander Technique. You can also link to articles and other sites that can give people more detailed information about a given subject. The more links, both to and from your site, the better.
