Group Coaching:
Six-Week Group Coaching Program
Participate in an six-week course focusing on the importance of food to the body, mind and life. This course will teach you about the energetics of food, how to boost your immune system, types of foods to improve your moods and emotions. Learn how to buy the foods right for you and navigate through the choices in organics.
Best of all you get to learn in a supportive environment, with friends to share information and socialize with like-minded students. Meet your goals together in a nuturing environment.
And working in a group class makes it a price you can afford.
The courses will include mini-cooking demos including but not limited to:
- Gluten-free foods
- Greens and grains
- Snacks on the go
- Menu planning
- Kicking sugar
The program may also include a health food store tour and you will get great materials to sustain you long after the course is completed, including:

"I have just completed a 6-month course with Theresa Taylor in Integrative Nutrition. We met every two weeks for an hour and covered everything from the basics of healthy food to exercises designed to help me round out my life in order to "crowd out" cravings for unhealthy food.
